2. Safe Drop-Off Location Required
“A safe, weather-protected drop-off area (porch, doorstep, or mailbox zone) must be available.
If a secure location is not available, local delivery may not be eligible.”
3. No Public or Shared Entryways
“We cannot deliver to locations with shared entry points, including:
- Apartment lobbies
- Mail rooms
- Communal package areas
- Gated complexes without direct access to the doorstep”
4. Must Be Accessible Without Gate/Code
“All deliveries must be accessible without an entry code, locked gate, or concierge interaction.
If we cannot reach your doorstep directly, the order may be canceled or switched to pickup.”
5. Clear & Visible Address Required
“The delivery location must have a clearly visible house number to ensure accurate and safe placement.”
6. Weather-Safe Placement
“Your delivery area must allow a weather-protected drop, safe from rain or snow exposure.”
7. Straightforward Navigation
“We deliver only to locations that can be reached without complex navigation, unsafe paths, or inaccessible driveways.”
8. Customer Responsibility After Drop-Off
“Once the package is placed in the safe drop-off area, customers assume responsibility for retrieving it promptly to avoid theft or damage.”
